• Presentation types include speed talks (5 minute slot), extended talk (15 minute slot) or poster.

• Submissions for abstracts close at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 12 April 2026.

• Abstracts will be reviewed after the submission deadline of 12 April 2026.

• Presenters will not be able to modify their abstracts after this date.

• You may submit up to two abstracts – one talk and one poster.

• We cannot guarantee that all submission preferences will be met. While we strive to accommodate as many preferences as possible, speaking opportunities are limited, and some submissions may be allocated to poster presentations.

• You may withdraw your abstract at any time by contacting us with written communication.
